PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings and are an integral part of it:

Seller - Online store TM "Trio Doors"

Buyer - any individual who accepts a public offer on the terms of this offer.

Online store - the official online store of the Seller "Trio Doors", located at www.triodoors.ca. Under this agreement, the concepts of Online Store and Shop, as well as Internet addresses www.triodoors.ca and derivatives of www.triodoors.ca are equivalent and are interpreted authentically, in the context of the offer.

The goods are the object of the agreement of the parties, the list of names of the assortment presented on the website of the online store.
